Job Role & Responsibilities
Medical Coding Activities
- Review patient medical records and healthcare documentation.
- Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes based on medical records.
- Support healthcare revenue cycle processes.

- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Documentation Review
- Analyze clinical documentation and physician records.
