Role Overview: Associate – CQ

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all training records are updated and filed to reflect the latest testing capabilities.
• Conduct sampling and labeling of raw materials, finished goods, and components as per SOPs.
• Perform data evaluation with a focus on accuracy, precision, trends, and cGMP compliance.
• Maintain documentation aligned with GMP and GLP practices.
• Review, revise, and maintain SOPs and analytical methods.
• Execute analysis of samples using validated methods including HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.
• Use Empower software for data review, reporting, and EMS generation.
• Manage time effectively for project completion and maintain team coordination.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm)
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry (M.Pharm)

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of method validation and testing of raw materials, finished & stability samples
• Experience with HPLC, GC, and ICP-MS techniques
• Familiarity with ICH guidelines, USP general chapters, and EMPOWER software
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
