Job Overview: Medical Indexing Role for Freshers

 Department: Clinical Support Solutions

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Role: Medical Indexing Executive

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Week-off flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities

Document Handling and Review

• Accurately review medical/legal documents for indexing.
• Create hyperlinked Table of Contents (TOC) for record navigation.
• Sort records chronologically or in reverse order as required.

Understanding and Compliance

• Understand medical terminology to interpret and index documents.
• Comply with HIPAA standards and ensure confidentiality of claimant information.

 Quality Assurance and Learning

• Meet post-training quality benchmarks to deliver directly to clients.
• Regularly review error reports and refine work processes.
• Be proactive in learning software and healthcare process updates.

Role Prerequisites

Educational Qualification:

• Any graduate in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, BSc, BPharm, or allied backgrounds preferred

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle confidential data
• Flexible to adapt to business demands and occasional night shifts

 Work Mode:

• Work from Office (Hyderabad)
• 5-day week with possible weekend work based on client demands
