Key Responsibilities for the Role

As a Microbiologist – Executive at Sudeep Nutrition, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) on granules, premixes, encapsulated products, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Conducting aseptic environmental monitoring, gram staining, and routine microbiological assessments.
• Carrying out bioburden and USP testing in compliance with EU and ISO standards.
• Validating microbial recovery techniques and methods.
• Managing water sampling and pathogen analysis to ensure product safety.
• Preparing microbial media, conducting growth promotion testing, and qualifying clean room environments from Grade A to D.
• This role is essential for maintaining product safety and adhering to stringent quality norms required in the nutrition and dietary supplement sectors.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must have:

• A BSc or MSc degree in Microbiology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in microbiological analysis, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP, EU, and ISO microbiological standards
