Qualification Criteria:

• ITI
• Diploma
• BSc / MSc
• B Pharm / M Pharm
• BE (Engineering)

✅ Required Experience

Ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in sterile or injectable manufacturing operations, particularly within regulated plant environments. Key areas of exposure include:

Functional Expertise:

• Vial Filling, Aseptic Processing
• Sealing & Filtration
• Batch Manufacturing
• Autoclaving & Terminal Sterilization
• Microsphere Processing

Production QMS (Quality Management System)

Production Lines:

• Ophthalmic
• Vial
• PFS (Pre-Filled Syringes)
• Microsphere
• Cartridges

Machine Handling (Preferred):

• Groninger/Optima filling machines
• Dyno Trucking Filling & Sealing machines
• Bosch filling machines

Note: Experience in sterile environments and understanding of aseptic behavior, GDP, GMP, and ALCOA principles is essential.
