Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate scientific information and ensuring proper handling of safety data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical and product-related queries from healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Document and process adverse events and special situation reports in compliance with pharmacovigilance guidelines
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into safety and medical information systems
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and industry standards
- Provide scientifically accurate and balanced information based on approved product data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and medical affairs
- Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure audit readiness
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, BSc, MSc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry), Life Sciences
Experience Required:
