Job Role & Responsibilities

Gracure is hiring across multiple departments with roles tailored for experienced candidates in pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance.

Quality Control – GLP / Stability / RM-PM-FG

• Perform analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
• Conduct stability studies and ensure GLP compliance
• Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, and dissolution apparatus
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections

Quality Control – Microbiology

• Perform microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
• Handle culture preparation, sterility testing, and water analysis
• Ensure compliance with GMP and microbiology documentation practices

Quality Assurance – QMS / Investigation

• Manage deviation, CAPA, change control, and investigation processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
• Support internal and external audits

Quality Assurance – IPQA

• Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing
• Ensure line clearance and batch compliance
• Monitor production processes for quality adherence

Quality Assurance – APQR / CPV / AQA

• Handle Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and Continued Process Verification (CPV)
• Ensure analytical quality assurance compliance
• Maintain validation and regulatory documentation

Production – Packing (Liquid / OSD)

• Handle pharmaceutical packing operations including labeling and track & trace
• Ensure compliance with packaging SOPs and GMP standards

Production – Operators

• Operate capsule filling, ointment filling, and sealing equipment
• Maintain equipment performance and production efficiency
• Ensure adherence to safety and GMP protocols
