Open Positions and Job Responsibilities

Jr. Operator / Operator / Sr. Operator – Fill-Finish Production

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BSc or Equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Vial washing and sterilization procedures
• Equipment qualification: DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ
• Operation of HPHV steam sterilizers
• Execution of fill-finish production activities
• Adherence to GMP and safety protocols

Officer / Executive – Production

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Qualification: B Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of production plans and sterile filling operations
• Compliance with cGMP and SOPs
• Maintenance and operation of Lyophilizers
• Conduct of aseptic media fills and filter integrity tests
• Documentation and qualification activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Preventive maintenance coordination

Asst. Manager / Manager – Production

Experience: 9 to 15 Years

Qualification: B Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of entire production operations and team management
• Establishment and review of QMS and SOPs
• Qualification protocol execution (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Strategic production planning and resource management
• Training and development of production teams
• Preventive maintenance, audit handling, and regulatory compliance
