Bharat Biotech International Limited, a pioneer in vaccine and biotechnology research, is inviting applications for a key role in its Quality Assurance (QA) department. This opening is ideal for seasoned professionals with a strong background in Vendor Management within the injectable or vaccine manufacturing sector.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end vendor management and qualification processes, ensuring all vendors meet compliance standards aligned with global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead vendor qualification, requalification, and periodic review processes
- Develop and maintain vendor quality agreements and SOPs
- Ensure regulatory and cGMP compliance in vendor operations
- Coordinate with procurement, QA, QC, and regulatory teams
- Handle audit observations and corrective action plans related to vendors
- Assess and monitor vendor performance metrics for continuous improvement
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold a degree in one of the following disciplines:
- B Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
- MSc. (Master of Science in Life Sciences or Chemistry)
Experience Required
- 12 to 18 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on exposure to Injectables or Vaccine manufacturing QA practices
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP, WHO, EU, and USFDA guidelines
- Strong documentation and regulatory audit handling experience
