Eurofins Advinus, a premier global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), is inviting applications for the role of Process Chemist at its facility in Peenya, Bangalore. This opportunity is ideal for chemistry professionals with hands-on experience in process development, organic synthesis, and analytical techniques.
About the Role: Process Chemist
Department: Process Chemistry
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Location: Peenya, Bangalore
Experience: Ph.D. with 2–5 years OR MSc. with 3–4 years in Organic or Process Chemistry
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of synthetic routes for New Chemical Entities (NCEs) and APIs
- Optimization of reaction parameters to enhance yield and purity
- Perform feasibility studies and troubleshoot process issues
- Hands-on experience in analytical methods: HPLC, GC, NMR, IR, and LCMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scale-up and tech transfer
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow cGMP guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: MSc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry / Process Chemistry
- Prior experience in CDMO, API manufacturing, or drug discovery
- Expertise in multistep synthesis and scale-up process
- Familiarity with QMS and regulatory standards
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Must have completed at least 1 year in the current organization
