Process Optimization & Troubleshooting
- Execute lab-scale crystallization activities.
- Design and perform DOE (Design of Experiments) studies for process optimization.
- Address quality issues including particle size distribution (PSD), flowability, and PXRD results.
Scale-Up & Technical Documentation
- Support scale-up operations for commercial and pilot-scale batches.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot crystallization issues and suggest appropriate corrective actions.
Collaboration & Analytical Review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QC, QA, and Manufacturing.
- Analyze experimental data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Provide technical inputs on crystallization complaints based on particle property assessments.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong academic background in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in crystallization and process development within the pharma industry.
- Hands-on experience in handling lab instruments and designing experiments.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
