Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and organize daily production tasks to meet production targets efficiently.
- Ensure products comply with Pharmacopoeial standards and required physical parameters.
- Oversee packing and coordinate with production-related departments.
- Maintain full compliance with GMP and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Handle QMS-related documentation for production activities.
- Lead the production team effectively, ensuring optimal manpower utilization.
- Prepare and face audits—regulatory, client, and internal.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm / MSc
- Experience: 5 to 8 years, preferably in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) production
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in Tablets and Capsules production
- Knowledge of GMP, QMS systems
- Proficiency in managing regulatory documentation
- Excellent manpower management skills
