Position Overview: Formulation Development Scientist
This role is ideal for formulation experts who have experience working on generic development for regulated markets and possess a keen eye for quality, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop non-infringing, bioequivalent drug products
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for technology transfer
- Collaborate with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and cross-functional teams
- Support scale-up and exhibit batch manufacturing activities
- Identify project gaps and proactively resolve issues
Who Can Apply?
- Educational Background: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Drug Delivery, or Industrial Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in formulation development (solid oral dosage)
- Required Skills:
- Regulatory knowledge (ICH guidelines, QbD principles)
- Prior exposure to tech transfer and dossier support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
