Key Responsibilities

H4: Core Production (USP & DSP)

• Operation of Single Use Bioreactors (SUB) and CO2 Shake Incubators
• Handling Mammalian Cell Culture under aseptic conditions
• Operating Chromatography Systems, TFF Units, and Nano/Sterile Filtration Equipment

H4: Documentation and Compliance

• Preparation and review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Involvement in Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, and other regulatory compliance activities
• Experience with QMS elements: Change Control, Deviations, and CAPA implementation

Educational Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech in Biotechnology or MSc in Biotechnology
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in upstream and downstream biopharma production
• Familiarity with cGMP and GLP compliance standards
