Job Role: Medical Representative (MR)
As an MR at Group Pharma, you will be the face of the company, driving awareness, product promotion, and engagement with healthcare professionals in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
- Execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets
- Report market intelligence, competitor activity, and feedback
- Travel extensively in assigned territory
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background
- Graduation in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields
Experience
- Freshers welcome (up to 23 years of age)
- Experienced MRs with 1–6 years of field experience (up to 28 years of age)
Language Proficiency
- English and one regional language (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam)
Core Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Digital proficiency (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
- Sales drive and ability to manage a territory independently
Location & Work Model
- Regions: Bangalore, Kerala, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
- Model: Full-time, Field-based
- Compensation: Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowances
