Role Overview: QC Reviewer – Executive/Sr. Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Review and statistical analysis of STPs, specifications, and protocols
- Evaluate laboratory documentation and batch records
- Author and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per cGMP norms
- Maintain qualification documents (IQ, OQ, PQ) for lab instruments and systems
- Address lab incidents, Out-of-Specification (OOS), and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations
- Conduct change control, deviation handling, and CAPA implementation
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Educational Qualification
- B Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc (Analytical / Organic Chemistry)
Experience
- 4 to 7 Years in Quality Control / Injectable / Regulatory plant
