Looking to grow your pharmaceutical career in softgel formulation? A reputed company in Chennai is now hiring for the position of Technology Transfer Executive in the Tech Transfer/R&D/Manufacturing department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to process transfers, batch execution, and regulatory compliance in a GMP-compliant environment.
If you hold a B Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc degree and have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in soft gelatin capsule manufacturing, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Seamless Technology Transfers
- Coordinate end-to-end tech transfer processes from R&D to production.
- Assist in batch execution: pilot, exhibit, and validation batches.
- Prepare and support all technical documentation (SOPs, protocols, gap analysis reports).
Ensure Compliance and Efficiency
- Adhere to GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product scale-up.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm/M.Pharm)
- Master’s Degree in Science (MSc) – preferably with pharmaceutical or life sciences specialization
Professional Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in softgel formulation
- Strong documentation and regulatory knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team collaboration and project management capabilities
