CSIR-HRDC Project-Based Hiring 2025: Exciting Opportunities for Science & Pharma Graduates
The CSIR-Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Ghaziabad, a central training establishment under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), is inviting applications for three project-based roles. These positions are under the “CSIR Integrated Skill Initiative, Phase III” project and are contractual in nature, with the initial term up to 31 March 2026 and extendable based on performance and funding availability until 2030.
Located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, this opportunity is ideal for candidates from Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary, Medical, and Engineering backgrounds who are passionate about contributing to national-level skill development initiatives.
Available Positions & Eligibility
Project Associate – I (Post Code: SDP001)
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Integrated Master’s in Natural or Agricultural Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, MVSc, Animal Sciences OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized university.
Emoluments:
- Rs. 31,000/- + HRA (with NET/GATE or equivalent qualifications)
- Rs. 25,000/- + HRA (others)
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Project Associate – II (Post Code: SDP002)
Qualifications:
- Same as Project Associate-I AND
- Two years of experience in R&D or
- Master’s in Engineering/Technology
Emoluments:
- Rs. 35,000/- + HRA (with NET/GATE or equivalent)
- Rs. 28,000/- + HRA (others)
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Senior Project Associate (Post Code: SDP003)
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Science/Pharma/Engineering/Technology OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years R&D experience OR
- Doctoral Degree in Science/Pharma/MD/MS
Emoluments: Rs. 42,000/- + HRA
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Experience in skill development and training programs
- Familiarity with government or public-private training initiatives
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data handling, and video content development
- Strong documentation, technical writing, and communication skills
Job Responsibilities
- Support execution of CSIR Integrated Skill Initiative
- Data management and reporting
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Handle documentation, communication, and workshop coordination
