Position Details
- Position: Reviewer (Quality Control Department)
- Designation: Executive to Senior Executive
- Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad (Transport facility available)
- Experience Required: 4 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
Review & Compliance
- Statistical evaluation of product specifications and Standard Testing Procedures (STPs)
- In-depth review of QC protocols and lab documentation
- Ensure compliance with current GMP regulations
Documentation & SOPs
- Prepare, revise, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain critical qualification documents like IQ, OQ, and PQ records
- Manage laboratory incidents including OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend)
Quality & Process Improvement
- Oversee and document change controls, deviations, and CAPA
- Participate in root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Educational Background
- B Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines)
Desired Skillset
- Sound understanding of ICH, cGMP, and GLP guidelines
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and documentation systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in managing quality review operations in pharma labs
