Open Positions and Required Qualifications
Production Department
- Eligibility: BE/BTech or MSc/Diploma in Chemical or Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Preferred Background: Manufacturing operations in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, APIs, intermediates, and polymers
Engineering Department
- Eligibility: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–7 years
- Preferred Background: Pharmaceutical, API, intermediate, or chemical industries
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
- Eligibility: Diploma, BSc, MSc, BE/BTech in Environmental Chemistry or Chemical
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Preferred Background: Operating ETP, RO, WTP, ZLD systems or lab chemist roles
R&D – Synthesis
- Eligibility: MSc or PhD in Organic/Polymer Chemistry
- Experience: 2–8 years
- Preferred Background: Experience in chemical synthesis
R&D – Analytical Development Lab
- Eligibility: MSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 2–4 years (MSc), 9–12 years (PhD)
- Preferred Background: Analytical method development, validation, and testing
R&D – Application Development Centre
- Eligibility: MTech or PhD in Organic/Polymer Chemistry
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Preferred Background: Experience in coating, construction, or electrical industries
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
- Must have cleared 10th & 12th grades in the first attempt with at least 50% marks
- No academic gap
- Minimum 50% marks in Diploma, BE/BTech, MSc, BSc
