Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional clinical research teams to deliver clinical studies on time and within scope.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables.
- Define project objectives and success criteria with stakeholders and align execution plans accordingly.
- Identify project risks and prepare mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
- Manage budgets, vendor selection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with finance and procurement.
- Ensure all projects adhere to GCP, regulatory standards, and Sun Pharma’s quality guidelines.
- Monitor project performance, track resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Oversee submission of regulatory documentation to ethics committees and authorities.
- Implement quality controls for data accuracy and project compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacology, Nursing, or related fields
- OR a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research
Experience Required
- Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in clinical research and project management
- Proficiency in clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
