Key Responsibilities
Multi-step Organic Synthesis
- Perform complex organic reactions with precision.
- Ensure high purity and yield in laboratory-scale experiments.
Reaction Route Design and Optimization
- Participate in designing synthetic routes for novel molecules.
- Optimize reaction parameters and purification protocols.
Process Scale-Up and Collaboration
- Support lab-to-pilot scale translation.
- Contribute to CRO and client-sponsored project deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years in Post-Doctoral Research or Industry R&D
Skills Preferred:
- Strong background in organic chemistry mechanisms
- Familiarity with analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS, etc.)
- Exposure to client-based projects or CRO operations is a plus
Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)
