Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Oncology Data Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to extract, validate, and manage oncology-related clinical data for research and patient care purposes. Key responsibilities include:
- Abstracting oncology clinical data from medical records with precision and accuracy.
- Performing quality checks to ensure compliance with data standards.
- Collaborating with clinical teams and healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining and updating records in compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Using Microsoft Excel and Word to analyze, present, and document information.
