Natural Remedies is actively recruiting experienced professionals for two key positions in its R&D team:

Scientist / Senior Scientist – Formulation Development (R&D)

Experience Required: 10 to 14 years
Educational Qualification: B Pharma / M.Pharma
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Lead formulation and process development for diverse dosage forms across herbal and nutraceutical categories
• Manage end-to-end R&D lifecycle including project planning, tech transfer, and process validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, QC, production, and regulatory affairs teams
• Document development activities in compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Deep understanding of formulation science and herbal dosage technologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in GMP-compliant environments
• Proficiency in project management and regulatory documentation

Junior Officer / Senior Officer – Formulation Development (R&D)

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
Educational Qualification: B Pharma / M.Pharma
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Develop a variety of dosage forms: oral solids, liquids, ointments, gels, suspensions, powders, and aerosols
• Conduct lab-scale trials and prepare development reports
• Participate in formulation optimization and stability studies
• Coordinate with analytical and packaging teams for integrated product development

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on lab experience with semi-solid and solid oral formulations
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
