Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medical information inquiries, adverse event (AE) reporting, and product quality complaints (PQCs)
• Use multiple communication channels: phone, email, IVRS, and voicemail
• Ensure timely and accurate case documentation aligned with global standards like GDPR
• Coordinate follow-ups, translations, and quality checks

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience in MICC, pharmacovigilance, or medical communication
• Proficient in safety databases, call tracking systems, and case documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Human Resources Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and labor law compliance
