Open Position – Executive (API & Oncology Production)
Qualifications Required
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry
- Diploma or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
These educational backgrounds equip candidates with the technical knowledge required to work with complex chemical processes, safety protocols, and cleanroom manufacturing standards.
Experience Needed
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing
- Exposure to API synthesis, Oncology production environments, or regulated market manufacturing processes is preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and manage production equipment for API and Oncology drugs
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and SOP protocols
- Monitor batch processing and production yields
- Coordinate with QA/QC departments to ensure quality standards
- Handle documentation as per regulatory guidelines
- Support production scale-up and technology transfer activities
Preferred Skillsets
- Strong understanding of chemical reactions, unit operations, and plant safety measures
- Familiarity with Oncology cleanroom practices and aseptic techniques
- Team collaboration and shift flexibility
