Junior Research Associate (JRA) & Research Associate (RA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute chemical reactions to synthesize target molecules.
- Follow proper lab safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive lab records and data integrity.
- Support medicinal chemistry programs through target compound synthesis.
Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge of organic chemistry reactions and techniques.
- Practical exposure to lab instrumentation like NMR, HPLC, GC.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
- MSc in Organic Chemistry
- MSc in Medicinal Chemistry
These degrees may include coursework in:

- Spectroscopy and Analytical Chemistry
- Medicinal Chemistry
- Drug Discovery and Development
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Experience:
