Are you an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a strong background in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations? Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is looking for skilled Formulation Scientists and Specialists to join its innovative Formulation R&D team in Hyderabad. Candidates with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Pharmacy and 5+ years of hands-on experience in OSD are encouraged to apply.

About the Role: Formulation Scientist / Specialist – OSD
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement formulation strategies for new and existing products.
Document experiments and outcomes in E-Lab notebooks for traceability.
Collaborate with the analytical team for testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on work on modified release matrix formulations and pellet technologies.
Engage in innovation using platform technologies for differentiated solid oral formulations.
Preferred Skills
- Strong background in Differentiated Oral Dosage Forms (DOFs)
- Good exposure to modified release, pellet coating, and matrix-based systems
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold any of the following degrees:
- B Pharm – Bachelor of Pharmacy
- M.Pharm – Master of Pharmacy
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OSD product development is essential.
