Open Roles
Coder – E/M OP
1+ year experience in Evaluation & Management – Outpatient coding
Certified Coders only
Sr. Coder – E/M OP
Advanced expertise required with minimum 1 year in E/M OP coding
Certified with proven coding accuracy
QA – E/M OP Coding
Minimum 1 year experience as Quality Analyst in the medical coding domain
Prior QA experience in E/M OP is mandatory
Key Requirements for All Roles
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Medical Coder (CPC, CCS, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year experience in E/M – OP coding
- Hands-on expertise in Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) and Transitional Care Management (TCM)
- Good knowledge of auditing processes (for QA roles)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding accuracy
- Willing to join immediately or within one month
Work Mode & Locations
- Work from Home (WFH) available post probation
