Key Responsibilities
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will:
- Serve as the internal authority on home health coding, OASIS, and plan of care (POC) documentation
- Audit charts and claims to ensure coding compliance, regulatory adherence, and revenue accuracy
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and team training on best practices in home health coding
- Develop and maintain SOPs, coding guidelines, and training materials
- Stay up-to-date with changes in reimbursement methodologies, coding standards, and compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
Certification Requirements:
