Position Overview: Senior TMF Specialist
- Job ID: JR132671
- Location: Chennai & Bangalore (Office-Based Hybrid)
- Department: Regulatory Document Management

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eTMF completeness checks using Veeva Vault
- Conduct periodic/milestone reviews and identify missing documents
- Ensure TMF is inspection-ready across allocated studies
- Perform ALCOEA and metadata checks to maintain document integrity
- Collaborate with study teams and TMF Leads for requirement alignment
- Update the Expected Document List (EDL) and close action items promptly
- Conduct team training sessions and address TMF-related queries
- Deliver documentation support in line with defined SLAs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in TMF and periodic review
- 2–3 years experience in identifying missing TMF documents
- Proficient in Veeva Vault and Microsoft Excel
- In-depth knowledge of TMF regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
