Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Quality Control (QC)

• Position: Assistant Manager (01)
• Experience: 5–7 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage laboratory operations as per GLP standards.
  • Prepare and review QC documents (Specification, STP, AMV).
  • Conduct calibration and validation of instruments.
  • Apply in-depth QC chemical and instrumentation knowledge.

2. Engineering

• Position: Manager (01)
• Experience: 6–8 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
  • Reduce daily maintenance downtime and ensure smooth production.
  • Oversee HVAC, water systems, boiler systems.
  • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

3. Production

• Position: Sr. Officer to Executive (02)
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Maintain GMP/GDP documentation practices.
  • Supervise skilled and unskilled labor.
  • Ensure aseptic behavior and production compliance.

4. Packing

• Position: Supervisor (01)
• Experience: 2–3 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily packing operations.
  • Allocate manpower efficiently and monitor productivity.
  • Maintain and submit packing reports.

5. QC (Microbiology)

• Position: Sr. Officer (01)
• Experience: 2–4 years
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and media preparation.

• Education: ITI, Diploma, BSc, MSc, B Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy).
• Experience: 2–8 years in pharma manufacturing, QC, microbiology, engineering, or packing.
• Mandatory Requirement: Dry powder injection experience is must-have.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GMP/GDP, GLP, aseptic practices, mechanical and electrical systems.

Relevant courses: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Industrial Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
