Job Role & Responsibilities
As part of the Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards of pharmacovigilance operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting internal and external PV audits to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Reviewing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to pharmacovigilance.
- Supporting CAPA implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring data accuracy and completeness in individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure global PV compliance.
- Preparing and assisting in audit readiness and regulatory inspections.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience: Freshers or professionals with experience in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or Quality Assurance functions.
- Key Skills: Understanding of GVP (Good Pharmacovigilance Practices), SOP documentation, audit processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Life Sciences, M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Pharmacology, Clinical Research diploma or certification.
