Job Positions & Responsibilities

Clinical Data Management (CDM) – Executive (WFH)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

• Perform clinical data entry, validation, and query management.
• Review CRFs/eCRFs and maintain high data accuracy.
• Support database testing and discrepancy management.
• Work with CDM teams to ensure database lock timelines.

Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) – Punjab & Delhi

Experience: 0–1+ years

• Coordinate site-level clinical study activities.
• Assist investigators with subject recruitment and visit scheduling.
• Maintain source documents, ICFs, and trial logs.
• Ensure protocol compliance and site readiness for monitoring.

Biostatistician (WFH)

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

• Perform statistical analysis under guidance using SAS/R.
• Support clinical study reports, tables, listings, and figures.
• Assist senior statisticians with dataset preparation and validation.
• Follow statistical analysis plans and regulatory expectations.

Pharmacovigilance – Case Processing/Aggregate Writing (WFH)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

• Write PSURs, RMP sections, and support PSMF maintenance.
• Perform case processing and safety data entry.
• Conduct narrative writing, medical coding, and signal support tasks.
• Follow global PV guidelines and quality requirements.

Optometrist (Research)

Experience: Research experience required

• Support ophthalmic research documentation and assessments.
• Assist with visual testing, patient evaluations, and study data capture.
• Maintain research records aligned with clinical study protocols.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Life sciences graduates for CDM, PV, Biostatistician, and CRC roles (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biostatistics).
• Optometry degree with research exposure for Optometrist role.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
• Experience in clinical trials, safety reporting, or statistics preferred.
