Job Role & Responsibilities
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Responsibilities: Conduct HPLC, GC, wet lab analysis, and documentation as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Quality Control (QC)
- Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Responsibilities: Perform HPLC, GC, and documentation tasks; ensure analytical accuracy and compliance with pharmacopeial standards.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Position: Executive / Sr. Executive (6–10 yrs)
- Responsibilities: Manage AQA, QMS compliance, and audit readiness.
- Position: Officer / Sr. Officer (2–5 yrs)
- Responsibilities: Handle IPQA activities, QMS documentation, and regulatory audits.
Research & Development (R&D)
- Position: Research Associates
- Responsibilities: Work on organic synthesis, process development, and PD lab activities.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: BSc / MSc (Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Life Sciences).
- Experience: 1–10 years depending on the role.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, wet lab techniques.
- Experience in QMS, AQA, IPQA for QA roles.
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis & process development for R&D.
- Good documentation and regulatory compliance knowledge.
