Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing Experience Operators

• Operate production equipment for injectable manufacturing, including:
  • Vial Filling, Washing, Capping, Sealing
  • Compounding, Terminal Sterilization, Stoppering
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintain documentation.
• Support production schedules and quality control requirements.

2. Manufacturing Supervisors

• Supervise upstream and downstream injectable manufacturing operations.
• Manage teams effectively in a regulated (USFDA-approved) environment.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee production planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high standards of leadership, communication, and people management.

3. Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)

• Develop and execute equipment reliability plans.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Document root causes of equipment-related losses with action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in equipment maintenance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Manufacturing Operators: Diploma / BSc with 2–6 years’ experience in injectable manufacturing.
• Manufacturing Supervisors:
  • M.Pharm / MSc (Full-time) with 6–10 years’ experience OR
  • B Pharm with 8–12 years’ experience in injectable manufacturing.
• Senior Equipment Specialists (SES): BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech (Mechanical) with 6–10 years’ experience in Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Cosmetics.
• Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
