Job Role & Responsibilities

Officer/Executive – Production

• Oversee daily production operations for oral solid dosage (OSD) forms.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Preparation and review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production.

Officer/Executive – Packing

• Manage and supervise primary and secondary packing activities.
• Ensure compliance with packing SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation, batch records, and logbooks.
• Oversee visual inspection and labeling operations.
• Monitor efficiency and quality of packing processes.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: BSc (Science) / B Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• Experience: 1–5 years in production or packing roles
• Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of cGMP & GDP practices
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing BMR/BPR
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment
