Job Role & Responsibilities

As a QC Officer/Executive (API – Wet Analysis), you will be responsible for ensuring analytical accuracy, compliance, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform wet chemical analysis including:

  • Karl Fischer titration (KF)

  • Potentiometric titration

  • pH measurements

  • Particle Size Distribution (PSD) analysis using Malvern

• Calibrate laboratory instruments such as balances, pH meters, and analytical tools.

• Review and maintain SOP-compliant documentation.

• Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.

• Support audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: MSc in Chemistry (Analytical, Organic, Industrial Chemistry or equivalent courses).

• Experience: 1–5 years in pharmaceutical QC (API – Wet Analysis).

• Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Practical exposure to KF, PSD, and titration techniques.

  • Knowledge of data integrity, regulatory standards, and compliance protocols.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.
