Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive in Formulation Analytical Research & Development (FAR&D), you will:

• Perform method development, validation, and troubleshooting in compliance with GMP and ICH guidelines.

• Conduct investigations for non-conforming samples and ensure proper CAPA implementation.

• Draft, review, and maintain cGMP documents, including SOPs, equipment procedures, and investigational protocols.

• Operate advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, Dissolution, KF, IC, etc.

• Extract and prepare samples in varied forms for analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project timelines.

• Support data interpretation, trending, and reporting for regulatory submissions.

• Ensure strict adherence to quality, compliance, and safety standards.

Note: Candidates from Formulation Quality Control (QC) background are also eligible.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education:

  • M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance)

  • MSc (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry)

  • B. Pharmacy

• Experience: 1 to 6 years in FAR&D or Quality Control (Formulation).

• Key Skills:

  • Expertise in HPLC, Dissolution, KF, IC and related analytical techniques.

  • Strong knowledge of ICH, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Ability to handle investigations, CAPAs, and method troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
