Job Role & Responsibilities

R&D – Synthesis

• Develop and optimize lab processes for APIs in compliance with ICH guidelines.
• Conduct API synthesis, process development, and DMF filing.
• Validate products and manage technology transfer to pilot plants.
• Propose specifications for KSM, intermediates, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot synthesis and impurity issues.
• Perform structural characterization using NMR, Mass, IR.
• Prepare detailed process documentation for development and transfer.

ADL – Analytical Development Laboratory

• Conduct method development and validation by HPLC.
• Prepare, review, and provide inputs for specifications and methods of analysis.
• Perform GLP-related activities including calibration and qualification of instruments.
• Manage standardization, data integrity, and documentation.
• Support regulatory submissions with robust analytical methods.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• For R&D (Synthesis): MSc. Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry with 1–5 years of experience in the API industry.
• For ADL: MSc. Organic/Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharm with 1–5 years of API industry experience.
• Strong knowledge in API synthesis, analytical method development, DMF filing, HPLC, GLP activities, and regulatory documentation.
• Age criteria: 18 years and above.

• Job Location: Karakhadi, near Vadodara, Gujarat.
