Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Trainee Officer – Production, you will:
- Support day-to-day operations in the API manufacturing unit.
- Gain hands-on experience in production processes.
- Learn and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist senior officers in batch monitoring, equipment handling, and documentation.
- Contribute to quality and compliance initiatives within production.
This role offers excellent exposure for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in pharmaceutical production.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: BSc. (Chemistry), Diploma (Chemical Engineering).
- Experience: Freshers (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply.
- Preference: Candidates currently working on a contract basis are also welcome.
