Job Role & Responsibilities
Chemist/Officer – API Production
- Handle critical equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Multi-mill, Jet Mill, and Sifters.
- Monitor batch processes and manage critical process parameters.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Trainee/NAPS – API Production
- Gain basic exposure to pharmaceutical production processes.
- Learn to operate equipment used in API manufacturing.
- Develop communication and teamwork skills.
- Work in rotational shifts with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.E., B.Tech. (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
- Experience: 0–7 years in API manufacturing operations.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes.
- Hands-on familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
