Job Role & Responsibilities
As a PPIC Officer/Sr. Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and monitoring production plans and schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
- Coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
- Tracking and controlling inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Ensuring strict adherence to GMP and regulatory standards in PPIC activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of production, consumption, and stock movement for audits.
- Optimizing resource utilization and minimizing production delays through effective planning.
- Generating performance reports, material status updates, and deviation reports for management review.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: BSc. or B Pharm.
- Experience: 2–4 years in PPIC, production scheduling, demand planning, or capacity management.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization in a pharma setup.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
