Job Role & Responsibilities
Certified Fresher (Any Graduate)
- Perform medical coding tasks under supervision.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding standards.
- Learn and apply HCC coding practices.
Coder – HCC (1–3 Years Experience)
- Perform HCC coding with precision and adherence to client requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members for audits and quality reviews.
Quality Analyst – HCC (3–6 Years Experience)
- Conduct audits and review coded data for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with HCC coding and CMS guidelines.
- Provide feedback and training to coding teams.

Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate (Certification in medical coding is mandatory).
- Experience:
- Certified Fresher: 0 years (must be certified).
- HCC Coder: 1–3 years.
