Job Role & Responsibilities

Exemed Pharma is hiring for multiple departments with responsibilities tailored to each role:

Quality Control (QC)

• Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards.
• Handle documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

• Oversee effluent treatment operations ensuring compliance with environmental norms.
• Monitor, analyze, and maintain wastewater treatment processes.
• Support EHS compliance and sustainability initiatives.

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

• Implement and monitor workplace safety policies.
• Conduct regular audits and safety drills.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (Factories Act, Fire Safety, etc.).
• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability.

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

• Perform method development and validation for pharmaceutical APIs.
• Conduct impurity profiling, stability studies, and release testing.
• Collaborate with R&D and QC teams for analytical support.
• Prepare technical documents for regulatory submissions.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• QC (Officer/Sr. Officer): B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, 3–5 years of experience (pharma/chemical industry preferred).
• ETP (Officer/Sr. Officer): B.E./B.Sc./M.Sc. in Environmental Science or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience.
• EHS (Sr. Executive): B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc. with specialization in Fire & Safety, 6–8 years of experience in pharma/chemical setup.
• ADL (Officer/Sr. Officer): B.Sc./M.Sc. with 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical API analytical development.

Location & Salary

• Work Location: Exemed Pharmaceuticals, Block No. 628 (A&B), ECP Canal Road, Village Luna, Ta. Padra, Dist. Vadodara, Gujarat – 391440.
