Job Role & Responsibilities

Team Member (TM) – Drug Product / Sterile / Injectable (Mechanical)

• Operate and troubleshoot equipment including vial filling, washing, tunnel, VHP, PFS, autoclave, and isolators.
• Work with QMS, PLC SCADA, and HMI systems to ensure smooth production.
• Adhere to cGMP and quality standards while supporting sterile production processes.

Team Member / Team Lead (TM/TL) – Drug Product / Sterile / Injectable (Instrumentation & Automation)

• Handle vial filling, washing, tunnel, sterilization, isolator systems, QMS, and automation tools.
• Work on PLC, SCADA, and HMI troubleshooting and program understanding.
• Ensure compliance with aseptic practices and regulatory requirements.

Team Member / Team Lead (TM/TL) – Drug Substance (Instrumentation & Automation)

• Manage automation platforms like ABB 800xA, Siemens, and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Operate SCADA systems and biopharma equipment including bioreactors, TFF, and ATF.
• Drive cGMP compliance, QMS activities, and troubleshoot automation systems.

Team Member / Team Lead (TM/TL) – Drug Substance (Mechanical)

• Handle mechanical operations of biopharma equipment and automation platforms.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with automation and quality teams for smooth operations.

Team Member / Team Lead – Drug Product Sterile Operations / Fill-Finish / QMS

• Execute DP filling, washing, and sterilization activities under GMP.
• Manage MES, QMS documentation, and compliance.
• Support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Diploma, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharm.
• Experience: 3–10 years in sterile injectable, drug substance, automation, or QMS functions.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, MES, PLC, SCADA, automation platforms, and sterile production practices.
