Job Role & Responsibilities

Openings are available for Officers/Executives in the following departments:

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Perform in-process checks and ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Review batch records, SOPs, and quality systems.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Quality Control (QC)

• Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Operate instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV.
• Prepare and review analytical reports as per SOPs.

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

• Support method development and validation.
• Prepare protocols, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Work on analytical techniques for OSD, liquid, and ointment formulations.

Quality Control – Microbiology (QC Micro)

• Conduct microbial limit testing and sterility testing.
• Monitor environmental control programs.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and microbiology standards.

Production

• Operate equipment for OSD, liquid, and ointment formulations.
• Maintain hygiene, documentation, and process compliance.
• Support production planning and efficiency improvements.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background: B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, BSc, MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Skills Required:
  • Hands-on knowledge of pharma QA/QC procedures.
  • Familiarity with analytical instruments and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and compliance standards.
  • Team collaboration and problem-solving mindset.
