Job Role & Responsibilities

Ajanta Pharma is hiring for various departments including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing/Packing.

Quality Control (QC)

• Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer
• Qualification: BSc. / MSc. / B Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Key Skills:
  • Analysis of Solid Oral FP, In-process, and Stability samples
  • Proficiency in HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, and Dissolution Tester
  • Exposure to Analytical Method Validation and Transfer

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer
• Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 3–8 years
• Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IPQA & AQA
  • Exposure to compliance and audit preparation

Manufacturing / Packing – Associate / Operator

• Qualification: 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm (mandatory)
• Experience: 3–10 years
• Key Skills:
  • Experience in OSD Manufacturing operations: Granulation, Pellet coating, Compression, Coating
  • Primary Packing: Blister Packing, Sachet Filling, Bulk Packing
  • Secondary Packing: Cartonator & Labelling

Manufacturing / Packing – Sr. Officer / Officer

• Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 3–8 years
• Key Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in Compression, Coating & Capsule Filling
  • Exposure to Primary & Secondary Packing
  • Expertise in e-BPR and e-log preferred

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: BSc., MSc., B Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma, ITI, or D.Pharm (depending on role)
• Experience: 2–10 years in pharma formulation manufacturing
• Requirement: Candidates must have relevant experience in formulation manufacturing
• Note: Candidates who appeared for an interview in the last 6 months are not eligible

Relevant courses: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Analytical Chemistry, Pharma Engineering.
