Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive – FAR&D, you will play a key role in formulation analytical research and quality assurance. Responsibilities include:

• Undertake method development, troubleshooting, and validation in accordance with GMP and ICH guidelines.

• Investigate non-conforming samples, perform CAPAs, and evaluate data with detailed reporting.

• Draft and maintain cGMP quality documentation, including SOPs, laboratory procedures, and investigational protocols.

• Operate and maintain analytical techniques such as HPLC, Dissolution, KF, and IC, handling diverse sample forms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to ensure smooth R&D operations.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments and maintain accurate, transparent documentation.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working in a team environment, contributing directly to pharmaceutical product quality and compliance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• M.Pharm, MSc, or B Pharm (Formulation QC, API AR&D candidates are also eligible)

Experience:

• 1–6 years in formulation analytical research, QC, or pharmaceutical R&D

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in HPLC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer titration, Ion Chromatography

• Strong understanding of GMP and ICH guidelines
