Job Role & Responsibilities
As an IPQA Officer, you will play a critical role in monitoring production quality and ensuring that all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks on production lines

Ensure line clearance before production starts

Record and monitor deviations and non-conformities

Review batch manufacturing records for accuracy and completeness

Maintain GMP and QMS documentation for compliance

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to product quality and patient safety while gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Eligibility / Qualifications

Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (relevant life sciences courses: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs)

Experience: 1–2 years in IPQA or QA within the pharmaceutical industry

Skills:

Strong understanding of GMP compliance and IPQA activities

Knowledge of documentation practices and batch record management

Attention to detail and ability to handle deviation recording

Effective communication skills

Preference: Male candidates due to production shift requirements
